If your dad is anything like mine, he is a sucker for anything with chocolate. This s'more ice cream pie from Food Wishes that caters to dad's favorite flavors on Father's Day. This recipe requires almost no cooking except for the crust. A buttery graham cracker crust is baked and cooled before being filled with a decadent chocolate ice cream. You can use either store bought or homemade ice cream for this pie. Right before serving, the marshmallow topping is browned with a blow torch. You'll want to make sure the pie is completely frozen before completeing this step or else you will have s'more soup instead of pie.
