Nothing puts the crisp in a pizza crust, like an open fire. Your pizza recipe will never be the same after you lose the oven, and let the grill do the work. We find that cooking the dough slightly before topping, then returning the completed pie, gives more of a finished flavor to the recipe. Try it for yourself and let us know what you think.

One way to get your family to try broccoli, is to put it into a grilled pizza. There is something about the cheese/sauce/broccoli combination that makes everything taste even better. If you are careful, you can even roast that broccoli enough to give it that delicious char, without burning the crust. The secret is to keep the lid closed!! We adore this recipe.

What? Peaches and Pizza? Don't knock it until you try it. The very first bite of this sweet and savory treat will have you hooked. It's even better with the drizzle of balsamic and sprinkle of walnuts. It's sort of a pizza that grew up into something much more sophisticated. Enjoy!
