This Labor Day weekend we’re celebrating the bounty of summer’s produce! With all the gorgeous heirloom tomatoes in season I’ll be making a beautiful Fresh Tomato Tart (wonderful cold or warm) and an easy Summer Greek Tomato Cucumber Salad. The many baskets of fruit and berries sitting on my kitchen counter will go into a Summer Fruit Sangria and desserts like an Easy Peach Crostata. And, of course, there will be ribs. Lots of ribs!
