For a savory version use cream cheese and replace sugar and cinnamon with a sprinkling of sea salt. These little hats are easy to make and ready in minutes! And, the kids will love them!
Makes: 24 little hats
Check your local supermarket for various styles and flavors of Flatout® Flatbread, available in light, whole grain, Italian (for savory versions), low fat, and more!
1 package Flatout® Flatbread
6 tablespoons Nutella or reduced-fat cream cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Olive oil cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut Flatout® Flatbread into 4 triangles and place on a cookie sheet.
Lightly spread Nutella or cream cheese on wide ends and roll up once to form a hat brim.
Coat rolled triangles with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
