Beautiful Strawberry Kiwi Tart

February 27, 2015

Strawberry season is just around the corner and aside from eating these succulent berries on their own, they are delicious in numerous desserts.  This strawberry kiwi tart is not only easy to make but light in calories too.  Store bought pie crust is baked until golden brown and dressed up with vanilla yogurt filling and fruit.  The strawberries and beautiful green sliced kiwis are arranged on top and glazed with orange marmalade to add shine.  This recipe is great to have on hand as you can adjust the fruits used based on the seasons.
