Strawberry delight has everything you want in a dessert. It is sweet, salty, creamy, fruity all bundled up into one sheet cake. A buttery pretzel crust is topped with a cream cheese layer followed by a strawberry gelatin layer. This recipe calls for frozen strawberries but you can certainly use fresh ones since strawberry season is almost here. You can make this dessert with any flavored gelatin in fruit so use whatever is available in your local market.

2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 8 ounce container whipped topping
2 3 ounce packages strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
20 ounces frozen strawberries
