Spring into Washington Wine Season with 4 Great Chefs

Four award winning chefs and over 30 Washington wineries will be serving their best this Sunday, April 19 from 5 to 9 PM at the Woodinville Wine Country White and Rosé Affair at Novelty Hill Januik Winery. 

Chef Thierry Rautureau (Loulay Kitchen & Bar and Luc Restaurants in Seattle, above) will be grilling up lamb; Chef Elias Castro (Olympia Provisions, Portland) will be working his charcuterie magic.  Also, Chefs Bobby Moore (Barking Frog, Woodinville ) and Seth Fernald (Novelty Hill Januik Winery, Woodinville ) will be providing their finest and we know from firsthand experience it will be tasty! You can find these culinary delights paired with the perfect wine – rosé and whites upstairs, award winning reds downstairs.

Woodinville has certainly grown in wine quality and diversity with over three million cases produced yearly with most grapes sourced from Eastern Washington which currently has nine AVA’s. Woodinville is 30 minutes east of Seattle and has three distinct tasting districts: Hollywood, West Valley and Warehouse.
