Crazy Good Funfetti Grilled Cheese

Funfetti grilled cheese is one dessert recipe that is guaranteed to blow your taste buds away.  The popular birthday cake and sprinkles is transformed into something totally unexpected and delicious.  Two thick pieces of brioche bread are slathered with butter and sandwiched in between the boxed cake mix that has been combined with ricotta cheese.  The sandwich is cooked on the grill until the bread turns a beautiful golden brown.  This five ingredient dessert is quick, easy and so incredibly good.

Ingredients:

1 ounce ricotta
1 ounce funfetti cake mix
2 slices brioche bread
1/2 tablespoon sprinkles
1 tablespoons salted butter
