The Ultimate Rainbow Fruit Salad

This rainbow fruit salad is one of the easiest dishes you will ever make.  It only requires a few minutes to prepare the fruit before it is ready to serve.  You can serve this as is, on a beautiful white platter, or alongside some condiments including chia seeds and vanilla yogurt.  The leftovers can be transformed into a fruit smoothie for breakfast the next morning.  For a simple dish, the rainbow fruit salad makes a colorful statement.

Rainbow Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

Pomegranate seeds
Gala apple, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Grapefruit segments, grained and rinsed
Cantaloupe, cut into chunks
Mandarin orange segments, drained and rinsed
Pineapple, cut into chunks
Banana, sliced
Green grapes
Blueberries
Blackberries

Directions:

Step 1: Wash and prepare all fruit just before serving.

Step 2: Arrange fruit in rainbow order on a platter.
