Absolutely, especially if it is in some sort of sauce, that will help if from drying out.

You can, but it won't be as good as fresh. Depending on how you cooked it, try thawing it and adding it to a chowder, stew or cioppinno, a minute or two before serving- so that it is warm, but not overcooked.
