Question: I'm Pretty Sure You Can,But Is It Ok To Freeze Panna Cotta,I Doubled The Recipe Because I Had A Heap Of Cream,and I Need To Freeze Them Or Eat Them,Really Really Fast!!

I'm not going to answer this definitively - but I have an inkling this may not come out the same way once it's defrosted. I think gelatin has a tendency to break down with long term storage in the freezer - at least that's been my experience - so you may get wonky results when they come out eventually. I'd love to know what happens to yours, though!

I think you may have a problem with a watery product or over-firm. Haven't tried to freeze panna cotta ever.
