Punjabi Fried Fish

Ingredients

1 kilogram Fish pieces
3 teaspoons Garlic crushed
2 teaspoons Ginger crushed
2 tablespoons Besan
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Ajwain whole
1 teaspoon Haldi powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
Oil for deep frying

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and coat on fish pieces. Keep asie to marinate for 1 hour.

Now deep fry is oil till fish is tender.

Serve hot singly or with Naan and onion rings and chutney.
