Bizcocho De Limon

Preparation

In electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until creamy.

Add the yogurt and oil. Continue to mix.

In a small bowl, sift flour with lemon zest. Add flour and milk slowly to wet ingredients in electric mixing bowl, alternating between the two.

Poor into a buttered and floured fluted tube pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45 -55 minutes.

The name of this dessert should be "Bizcocho de Limón" with an accent on the "o". Without it, it would be pronounced "LI-mon" instead of "li-MON". I tried to edit that mistake, but the site isn't allowing me to do so.

Nevertheless, the cake looks yummy! I love limones!
