In the latest issue of Us Weekly, Kim Kardashian revealed details of the diet that helped her slim down two dress sizes to a lithe self-reported size 2. "I wake up and eat eggs with turkey bacon, then salad for lunch and fish, pasta or chicken for dinner," said Kardashian.
Kardashian has also cut out refined sugar and followed some of sister Kourtney's healthy habits. "She's taught me to eat more organically," Kim said of Kourtney. "She's a bit extreme, but slowly I'm learning to love it."
