Cereal Or A Twinkie: Which Has More Sugar?

In some cases, it would be better to eat the Twinkie. Surprised? So were we! Take a look at this report from the Environmental Working Group, showing the sugar content in Children's cereals.

Never fear. the Environmental Working Group never does any reporting, without giving us healthy alternatives to the problem at hand. They also offer a comprehensive list of other breakfast ideas, including a long list of cereals, that would be far more healthy.
