Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
20 Graham Crackers
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 quart vanilla Ice cream, softened
2 cups frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed at

In food processor combine gram crackers butter sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Press into a 9" pie pan. Freeze 30 minutes.

Mix soft ice cream and strawberries till well blended. Pour into pie crust freeze until firm about 1 1/2-3 hours.
