Pancit Molo is basically a version of won ton soup but it usually has extra noodles added throughout. Instead of extra noodles, I added a few of my favorite veggies (bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, and scallions).

These crispy waffles turned out delicious. Salty from the smoked salmon and cheese. Creamy from the use of cream cheese. Flavoured with dill and slightly sweet to contrast all the saltiness.
