With fall, comes the sights of pumpkins everywhere. All the stores are already decked up with Halloween stuff! So, I decided to make these ‘Pumpkin Doughnut Holes’ because firstly, they scream ‘Fall’ and secondly because they are scrumptious and so fun to eat!

I've long heard of the family "Unity Pie" but never actually had it myself, so I had a go at it. It is delicious! It goes well with baked beans or my preference, steamed potato and asparagus.

I love lasagna, but sometimes it just takes to long and those “wonderful” new no-boil lasagna noodles always turn out super crunchy one the edges. So the other day I tried making my first skillet lasagna.

All that I needed to do on a lazy Sunday for dinner prep was to slice the roast beef into bite-size strips and pan fry in butter with sliced onions, dice some tomatoes, get the shredded cheddar out from the fridge, and that’s it.

I don't think I've roasted pumpkin seeds since I was really young. Although, it seems like a very American thing to do, I remember my grandmother when she lived with my family in New Jersey actually roasting the seeds for our family.
