I don't believe I have ever seen my husband inhale his dinner as fast as he did with this recipe. And, it was SUPER easy! (especially since I didn't measure a single thing!)

I'm snuggled up inside taking in the warm scents of the blueberries and cherries blended together in a flaky pie crust. Looking forward to spending the afternoon with good friends and wine. Pondering the thought that fall is so near yet so far away.

I have never made Pad Thai before, but love, LOVE Pad Thai especially with shrimp, and usually order it when my husband and I go out for Thai food. This cashew chicken has been all over Pinterest and I finally gave it go on a day that I needed a no-fuss meal.

It’s almost a granola recipe, maple-sweetened with oats and salt and cinnamon. And since I love my olive-oil granola so much, I figured that olive oil would work perfectly here as well.

Maybe you've tried Dulce de Leche. Maybe you haven't. Maybe you eat it by the spoonful like me. Did you know it was so easy to make? All you need is some milk, sugar, vanilla and a little free time.

I want to share with you my final recipe for Caramel Apple Week. Which is totally a 4 star-that-should be 5-star-but-is-staying-a-4-star recipe. In other words, it’s final-meal-good.
