Savoy Cabbage
About
Savoy Cabbage resembles a standard round head of cabbage, but has crinkly textured leaves. It makes a great substitute for cabbage in almost any application as it has a deeper flavor and fewer offputting sulpherous tendencies. It holds up particulary well as a roll for a variety of fillings.
