About
A saltwater fish weighing on average 3-5 pounds. It has smooth skins, with a brownish or gray topside, a white underside, and white/gray spots along the sides of the body. Its flesh is sweet, pink to white, and firm. It is often poached, baked, broiled, grilled, sauteed, or fried.
