Queso Chihuahua or Chihuahua cheese is a soft white Mexican cow's-milk cheese made in braids, balls or rounds. Queso Chihuahua is good for melting, and is similar to a mild cheddar or Monterey Jack.

Physical Description

Queso Chihuahua is similar to a mild cheddar cheese but become tangy when aged. It has a pale yellow color to off white depending on how it is aged.
