Herb Beer
About
Herb Beers are beverages fermented with sugar and yeast from an aromatic herbal decoction. The alcohol content is usually minimal and may range from a mere trace up to 3%% or more. Herb beer recipes dating back to the 1800s included dandelion, nettle, sarsaparilla, licorice, sassafras, chamomile, meadowsweet, ginger, or hops.
