[edit] About Gruener Veltliner Wine

White wine that is typical of Austria. Usually produced with a dry and quite complex flavor profile. Also produced in Hungary and The Czech Republic. Pairs well with seafood.

Grüner Veltliner is often served 50/50 with Club Soda as "G'spritzer" (spritz - from the bubbles) as a refreshing drink when it's hot or not.

The varieties go from dry to "very very dry" and may be an acquired taste.
If you like Pinot Grigio, definitely try it.
