this is a baby food that is prepared by peeling pumpkin and cutting them into large chunks, place the chunks into a steamer basket, and cooking over boiling water for 10 minutes. meanwhile, peel and core apples. place apple in steamer basket with pumpkin and cook for additional 10 minutes. once pumpkin and apples are tender, place in food processor or blender and process until smooth.pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
