Sour or Clabbered Milk
Milk that has acquired a tart taste due to fermentation or the addition of lemon juice or vinegar. To create sour milk, add 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar to one cup of milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sour milk, also termed clabbered milk can be created by leaving raw milk at room temperature in a cloth covered container until the milk solids separate out of the whey.
Sour milk looks like regular milk but is slightly thickened from the acidity in the vinegar or lemon juice.
