Owari Satsuma

About

Owari is perhaps the most widely grown satsuma variety in the world today. This variety is of ancient and unknown Japanese origin presumably from the old province of Owari. The fruit is medium in size and seedless. Its rind is thin and leathery with a surface that is smooth to slightly rough. Its season of maturity is early November-December.
