Cutting Celery

Cutting celery looks very much like flat-leafed parsley or cilantro leaves. Cutting celery grows similar to flat leaf parsley. It has a stronger celery flavor than grocery-store celery, and can be substituted for regular celery in most recipes. Use a few cutting celery springs in place one celery stalk. Lovely sprinkled in salads- fabulous as a unique pesto.
