Physical Description
This uniquely shaped hand made pasta gets its delicious taste from the all-natural ingredients. Capunti pasta is simply made with durum wheat, semolina, and water. Durum is a hearty wheat with hard dark-colored kernels, and semolina is the coarse particles of wheat left after the finer flour has passed through a bolting machine.
