Avocado Oil has a high flash point and can be used as a substitute for Olive Oil for cooking and in certain recipes.
Avocado oil is a relatively thick and rich oil that may be diluted with other carrier oils to improve its consistency. Traditionally avocado oil was made from bruised avocado fruit that couldn't be sold. It is clear with a green to light green color and has the highest smoking point of any cooking oils!
