A fresh compact sheeps mik cheese from the Belice valley in Sicily. It contains stoned olives (Oliva da Tavola Nocellara del Belice). The cheese is from after World War II. It is made inside the Calatafimi, Castelvetrano, Poggioreale, Salaparuta, Campobello di Mazara, Gibellina, Santa Ninfa, Petrosino and Salemi communes. The size varies from 1 to 5 Kg.
