Del De Clron Cheese
About
Del de Clron is a traditional French cheese made from lightly pasteurized cow's milk. It is of relatively recent origin, carrying the name of the village where it is made, Clron, in the valley of the Loue of the Doubs department in Franche-Comt. In taste, form and texture, it is close to a Vacherin Mont-d'Or.
