An enormous flat apple of exceptional quality with a sweetly juicy creamy flesh. The yellowish green skin is brightly flushed and striped red. Cooks to a sweet delicately flavoured puree, but is delicious baked or used in salads.A moderately vigorous tree with a low spreading shape.
