Cortese Grapes


Cortese grapes are white grapes generally grown in northern Italy in the southeastern regions of Piedmont in the provinces of Alessandria and Asti. Wine made from Cortese grapes have a light crisp flavor with moderate acidity that pairs well with fish with delicate flavors.
