Pitaya
About
The Dragon Fruit or Pitaya's is a cactus fruit from the genus Hylocereus. Outside it is bright red, but the fruit inside is white with black seeds. It is deliciously served chilled. You can eat it using a spoon or cut it into wedges and eat it like a watermelon.
