Fairtime Peach
About
This is a highly esteemed late season peach. It is one of the last to ripen (about six weeks after the Elberta variety), and one of the best. The Fairtime peach is a large, yellow freestone with a distinctive, smooth, rich flavor. It's attractive yellow skin has a bright red blush where exposed to sun. Commonly used fresh and for freezing.
Mid-September in Central Calif. Early bloom. 500 hours. Self-fruitful.
