Mako Shark
About
A saltwater fish from warm, temperate and tropical waters. It ranges from 30-100 pounds, and is one of the most regarded species of shark. It is often baked, broiled, grilled, fried, sauteed. It is also used in Shark Fin soup in Hong Kong and Canton China.
