About
Snapper is a family of fish Lutjanidae. Snappers are found in the tropical and subtropical regions. There are about a hundred (100) species of snapper recognised, the best known is the red snapper.
The snapper fish is popular for its sweet nutty flavor and is a favorite among seafood and sushi connoisseurs.
