Grease a pie dish with butter and line with the slices of lemons. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the pine nuts and pour over the sponge mixture.t was made in a big tray then cut into squares. It was sort of like a sponge, but with a bit more of a suety texture, with lemon sauce/curd on the top.
