• Renee Behnke: “Memorable Recipes: To Share With Friends and Family” (presentation and book signing 6-7 pm)
• Michael Hebb of Onepot.org, Mason Sager of Caffé Vita, and Joe Whinney of Theo Chocolates will discuss the “Tale of Two Roasters” and provide samples of their fine coffee and chocolates (8pm)
• Northstar wines will be pouring their 2005 Columbia Valley Merlot and 2006 Stella Bianca Semillon, as well as sampling two of their blending varietals – a 2006 Petit Verdot and a Cabernet Sauvignon.
• Appetizers provided by Chef John Howie, Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar
