The focus is not only on the attractiveness of the gift, but ultimately its flavor and ability to accent both the palate and table. Their product lines and everything they do at Oil & Vinegar reflect their focus – being “PASSIONATE ABOUT TASTE”.

Katie Das started Das Foods in 2006 in Chicago, IL. Katie’s original vision was to introduce others to wonderful gourmet salts that she has located all over the world. The first line of products that Das Foods introduced was a line of six gourmet cooking and finishing salts. Katie was excited to promote her new line and signed up to participate for a World of Chocolate philanthropic event in November 2006, organized by the AIDS Foundation of Chicago. When Katie found out that she was accepted as a vendor for the event she was ecstatic. That’s when she suddenly realized that as name suggests, World of Chocolate is a celebration of sweets and most of all, chocolate.
Since 2006 Katie has expanded the line to include eight unique and indulgent flavors. All caramels use only natural and sustainable ingredients such as Midwestern cream, butter and honey all procured from small farmers. She also donates 10% of profits to AIDS Foundation of Chicago and collaborates with the Foundation on many events each year.

Regional Best has a passion for great food, and are committed to supporting local farmers, ranchers, fishermen and small companies across America. They’re seasoned business and marketing PR executives with extensive food industry experience. And, they are moms who care about serving their families good, wholesome foods.

Food For Thought Tours offers sun-soaked, lip-smacking adventures – celebrating and supporting local communities and healthy food systems – and having fun while doing it! They’ve hooked up with the most exciting and influential restaurateurs, chefs, vineyards and farms creating newer and ‘greener’ connections – providing you with the best food for thought around.

Their “Taste of the Real Riviera” and “The Real Provence” celebrates the authentic and vibrant local French culture, the flavors and colors of la joie de vivre and provide insider knowledge of all of the hidden gems of Southern France.
