This is strictly between the Blogger and the Business!

Businesses: Don’t have the time or staff to go to IFBC and represent your company? Would you like a seasoned food blogger to attend on behalf of your company? Have a food blogger be your representative. They will network, blog, tweet and more for you!

Dear Potential Sponsors, I am searching for a company to team up with to help me attend this upcoming Conference in New Orleans. I am fairly new to the food blogging world, but I have the drive and the know how to make it big. I just recently started blogging a couple months ago, but this is my passion. In the past 2 days alone, I have had over 2,000 unique page views. That is not a lot in comparison to what some of these other bloggers get. However, I push my webpage as much as I can and strive to get the word out there. I do it merely out of passion for food and baking. I would love to team up with someone to help me get there. I live only 5 hours away (driving) from NOLA, and just need some help with the conference fee and/or accomodations. You can contact me at caleighskitchen@hotmail.com and check out my blog at http://caleighskitchen.com Thanks for your time, Amber
I have 1200 plus visitors a day including influencers i.e. food editors, writers, natural food company executives, lifestyle and food bloggers. I write about food, sustainable living practices, travel, film and other things I love. I've been blogging almost daily for two years. I have a passion for baking. While in New Orleans I have a VIP tour of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum and of the city with a highly respected (recently seen in Country Living) NO based sustainable fashion designer.
Wine Harlots is a widely read and respected web-based consumer wine publication. Hello, potential sponsors, I am a blogger who is always on the move, I have lived in multiple cities recently (including Nashville, TN, Cleveland, OH and San Francisco, CA) and travel often. I have some great experience in the food industry and specifically the food business. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to represent your business at IFBC in New Orleans in 2011. I look forward to discussing and learning about your product. I am ofcourse incredibly linked in with Twitter, Facebook, and a few others. If interested, post a comment through my current blog: http://aplestoaples.blogspot.com/ Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi All, I’m a seasoned writer, but a relatively new food blogger. For the past few months I’ve been blogging about my journey to a healthier lifestyle through Weight Watchers. I put up tips, my own recipes, other recipes from various food blogs (all with PointsPlus values), thoughts on life, helpful sites and products, etc. I’ve gathered quite a wonderful group of readers who enjoy my recipes and support me on my somewhat reluctant journey :) I’m fun, I’m funny, a bit witty and I’d love to work with any sponsoring company to represent them. I work full time at Wolfram|Alpha (www.wolframalpha.com) as a data curator, so I’m no stranger to the techie world and the importance of good reviews and pleasant corporate relationships! I would love to attend this conference and work with an awesome company at the same time. I can be reached through my blog or through email. Thank you for your interest and I hope to be hear from you soon!
I attended the IFBC last year in Seattle and loved taking in every minute of it. A little about me, I’m from Boston and write a daily blog that is devoted to creating recipes from simple ingredients and doing it all from a small city kitchen. Currently a culinary school student studying at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, I also share what I learn in class to help my readers learn more about the exciting (and creative) world of culinary arts and how to apply that knowledge at home. The very foundation of my thoughts on food is that is should be fun, it should be creative and it should be a way to derive a sense of pleasure from something that we as humans have to do every day. I’d be honored to attend the IFBC on behalf of an organization that shares my philosophy on food. I’m open to attending either conference and appreciate your consideration. I can be reached at KNBarszcz@gmail.com and am on Twitter @The_SBK.

Hello, I am a professional chef (trained at CCA in San Francisco where I graduated with honors) and caterer, seasoned blogger (at www.smallpleasurescaterinblog.com as well as www.painperdublog.com) and food and party planning columnist (for L.A. Examiner.com), and avid tweeter (@LA2LAChef) with roots in New Orleans who would love to represent you at the IFBC New Orleans. Whenever I've been in the Crescent City, I have used the opportunity to interview and video local food people, and write about the local food traditions, so in addition to attending the IFDC and representing you, I would also work that in. I have previously represented Lindsay Olives at a food blogging conference, and am currently working with Jarlsberg cheese on a recipe development and summer garden party planning story project.
Greetings Sponsors! I am REALLY interested in getting envolved with Food Blogging - I recently had to close a storefront and making desoarate attempts to save my Louisiana Creole~Cuisine Pre-Packaged Food business. These unique and cultural food mixes depict historical flavors and notes about my Family (Creoles of Color) in the Soumas Famaily ancestry. I've temporarily shut down the web-page temporarily to update and re-vamp..??? - I'm originally from the New Orleans area - but reside in North Louisiana. I can be e-mailed at: pansou@bellsouth.net for further information about these unique products and also my personal FB page. I KNOW by attending this conference it will indeed allow me to take the next step / phase with Sioumas Heritage Creole Creations. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Thank You!
This seems like it might be a really interesting and informative event, especially since NoLa is like my second home. I'm new to food blogging so it seems like an event like this might be especially helpful at this stage. I'm San Francisco based and tend to blog mainly about food & wine festivals with a heavy focus on wine and spirits. I'm also on Twitter (@francisdalion).

I'm seeking a sponsorship for this event, ideally with a company which specializes in baking-centric products and/or goods. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida, and I hold a minor specialization in Mass Communications as well. I write a monthly guest feature at Sarah Hearts (www.sarahhearts.com/blog), which I’ve been doing for nearly six months now. Hi sponsors. I was a trained chef in a previous incarnation but have recently returned to school. I have also begun my third succesive cooking blog, Cookbook Confessional and would like to attend the New Orleans IFBC. I tend to seek out the unusual and am obsessed with cookbooks. My blog www.cookbookconfessional.blogspot.com is about the deep desire to food full fat, fully decadent food but stay small enough to fit in my kitchen. If you are interested in sponsoring me, I'd love to talk about it.
I will be attending the IFBC in New Orleans where I was raised; but have lived in Atlanta for many years. I currently write on Examiner.com, a national news site as a food columnist in Atlanta and a seafood writer in their National section. My food blog is LuvGourmet.com. They are listed here for your review. http://www.examiner.com/cooking-in-atlanta/lynda-mahana http://www.examiner.com/seafood-industry-in-national/lynda-mahana My food blog is http://luvgourmet.com/blog/ I am very interested in representing your company at the conference, as well as promoting your product throughout the year in my columns and blog. I was raised in the food business: my father was a meat manufacturer, my son currently owns a wholesale fish house, my daughter-in-law represents a number of wineries and my ex-husband runs a fine dining restaurant in Atlanta. I don't have to go far for information in the industry. Please email me if interested. I believe an association will be mutually beneficial.
Hi Lynda. My client, Modern Day Masala is based in Atlanta so this may be a perfect match. In terms of sponsorship what/how much exactly are you looking for? Do you have any knowledge of Indian cuisine? MDM has a line of spices that come with a recipe for homemade Indian dishes. Ingredients are organic and sodium has just been removed from the product. Looking forward to communicating with you. Dindy Yokel, dindy@dindycopr.com 404-395-3858
My email did not show up.

If you feel I am a fit to represent your company at this fabulous conference please contact me at lesliegreen99@gmail.com and please feel free to visit my blog at www.thehungryhousewife.com. Hi Leslie. Your post above is compelling. My client, a working mom, developed and leads Modern Day Masala and we are looking to sponsor a blogger for IFBC in New Orleans. Do you have knowledge of Indian cuisine? MDM produces spices packaged with a recipe that brings traditional Indian food to one's table at home. Our products are organic and recently we have removed salt from the spices. Do let me know what form of sponsorship you are interested in and we can communicate to determine if this is a good fit.

I thrive in the social media landscape, hosting virtual snack parties on my blog and cross-continent cooking contests. My areas of expertise include social media (Facebook, twitter, foursquare, etc.), cooking, desserts, photography, real-time blogging and of course EATING. I would love the opportunity to represent your company as a brand ambassador and provide dynamic, current and engaging content via social outlets. Please check out my blog at bigapplenosh.com, and contact me at bigapplenosh@gmail.com. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi Serena. Enjoyed reading your posting above. Seeing the term "brand ambassador" caught my interest as that is one of my favorite marketing tools. Do you have knowledge of Indian cuisine? My client, Modern Day Masala products spices and recipes for bringing Indian cuisine into the home. The spices are organic and we recently removed salt from the mix. Do let me know what type of sponsorship you are requesting and we can move forward from there. Dindy Yokel dindy@dindycopr.com 404-395-3858
Hi Dindy, I left you a voicemail and email. Let me know if you're still interested! Regards, Serena
Hi bloggers. I responded to a few posts here and have not heard back. We are interested in sponsoring a blogger. My email is dindy@dindycopr.com. Please get in touch if I have responded to your post above. Thanks
I have an established blog where I create recipes that mimick what you have tried in restaurants. I have a large following on twitter, and have many facebook fans. I am interested in connecting with brands, and bring attention to ingredients, cooking tools, and information to my readers. I am not looking for a sponsorship, but rather a longer term relationship.

With more than 100 photo-filled posts Da Minha Cozinha has emerged as one of the most popular food blogs in the Brazilian market. Several of its pages are listed as #1 on Google search listings in portuguese. Its readers look to it for all sorts of ideas in the kitchen. We explore the best of Brazil's seasonal ingredients, discover new ways of cooking with innovative products and resources, and revisit vanishing traditions and foodways. The Brazilian market is growing at a very fast pace. Da Minha Cozinha's readers are looking for new products and ingredients, and how to put them to use in their kitchens. Da Minha Cozinha is a gateway for your product to this rapidly growing market. I would like to attend the IFBC to make Da Minha Cozinha a better blog for its readers and I am happy to carry the banner of a sponsor on its journey.
