Cybele Pascal has been pioneering Allergen-Free Cuisine for the past ten years. She is the author of two bestselling cookbooks, The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook, and The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook, for which she has made appearances on The Martha Stewart Show, the Food Network, the Today show, Good Morning America Health, and NPR. She also writes two popular allergy-free food blogs; “Food Allergy Recipe Challenge” on Martha Stewart’s Whole Living Daily, and “Cybele Pascal: Allergen-Free Cuisine.” Cybele lectures and teaches nationally, and makes cooking videos for people with food allergies and intolerances.
