Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association sponsors International Food Blogger Conference with local California wines for both the Friday tasting reception and Saturday wine-pairing dinner.

Chef Randy Buck and MW Sheri Sauter Morano teamed up to create an evening of delicious food and wine pairings with wine from Winebow. You’ll feel like royalty when you taste the Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia Gran Reserva Brut Nature. The Cava often enjoyed by Spanish royalty, perfectly complements the Dariole of Lump Crabmeat Ravigote. Next you’ll be enveloped by the savory fruit flavors of Allegrini Palazzo della Torre paired with Tournedo of Beef Périgourdine with Black Truffles and Roasted Duck Foie Gras. Finish the meal with Valrhona White Chocolate Crème Brulee and Campbells Rutherglen Muscat. World renowned, Rutherglen Muscats are considered by many to be the world’s richest wine.

Wines of Navarra to Make a Splash at IFBC NOLA!

Wines of Navarra, a group of quality wine producers in Navarra, Spain, had entirely too much fun at the recent Wine Bloggers Conference in Virginia and decided it could not go back home without making a visit to the great cuisine capital of New Orleans.

At the Friday, August 26th, Meet & Greet Wine Hour the Wines of Navarra will pour a large selection of incredibly diverse and delicious wines in the hotel’s Royal rooms from 5:15 – 6:30PM. The wines will be paired with foods from a local NOLA restaurant.
