Dianne Jacob is the author of Will Write for Food: The Complete Guide to Writing Cookbooks, Blogs, Reviews, Memoir and More (2005/2010) and co-author of Grilled Pizzas & Piadinas (2008). She judges cookbooks regularly for the James Beard Awards and the International Association of Culinary Professionals. A former journalist and magazine editor, she has been a writing coach and freelance editor since 1996. She writes about food writing on her blog at diannej.com.
