Catherine Enfield started her blog, Munchie Musings, in December 2007. She was born in Canada to a Filipina mother and a British father and left at the age of two weeks to live in Oregon, Washington, and Maine before her father took a job in Saudi Arabia. This great opportunity led to a life of world travel and culinary experiences. Her blog specializes in the Sacramento region and farm-to-fork posts. She's a founder of Sacramento's food truck movement, the creator of the Sacramento Food Film Festival, and also started Have an Offal Day, an annual dining event built on the love of those extra bits of the animal.

Catherine will be co-hosting "From Blog to Business" on Friday afternoon.
