Gluten-Free Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (I prefer C&H dark brown for this)
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
3/4 cup milk (for dairy-free use almond milk or rice milk--

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix well and pour into 8-inch square baking dish

Bake 30-35 minutes

If desired, top with baked apples (pour some juice on top, too!) and/or raisins
