The live crab vending machines on the Chinese subway will save you a trip to the grocery store. The food dispenser contains live crabs that are kept in a hibernation state and packaged in custom plastic containers.
One person who tried the crabs from the machine said, "Two days ago, I was passing by, and saw that they were cheaper than at the markets. I was curious, so I got two. They tasted all right, so I'm back today for more." For another wacky protein vending machine, check out this meat vending machine.

Hmm. Not so sure about the live crab vending machines, Surely there's some kind of animal right action here, but i suppose it keeps them fresh!
