Shamrock pot pies are an easy St. Patrick's Day meal that the whole family will enjoy. Pizza crust is formed around ramekins and fillled with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and miniature pepperoni. Before the pies go into the oven, they are topped with crescent dough and a slice of bell pepper. You can alter this recipe to incorporate your family's favorite pizza toppings.
