Copycat In-n-Out Animal Style Burger
Recipe from Alaska from Scratch

Anyone from California is familiar with this iconic west coast burger joint. This cheeseburger comes fully loaded with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and "spread" (otherwise known as thousand island dressing).  If you are a homesick Californian or just looking for a delicious burger recipe, you must give this one a try.

Barbecue Baby Back Ribs
Recipe from Jenny Can Cook

Any dad would love a plate of tender baby back ribs for Father's Day.  This recipe is as good in the oven as it is on the grill so no matter what appliances you have at home, you can still prepare this dish.  The video below shows you how to every step of the cooking process from trimming the ribs to cooking them and basting them with homemade barbecue sauce.  Serve this tasty meal with your favorite barbecue side dishes like corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and baked beans.

Miso grilled chicken with edamame corn salad is a summery meal that you can enjoy during any season.  Chicken breasts are seasoned with ginger, miso paste, garlic, and sesame oil before being seared on the grill.  If the weather permits, you can cook this meal outside but an indoor grill works just as good.  The edamame and corn salad is fresh and bright and is a delicious compliment to the chicken.

If you love sweet and sticky grilled chicken, these honey lime grilled chicken thighs and legs are an amazing dish to serve for Father's Day. Chicken legs and thighs are seasoned with a homemade dry rub made with chili powder, cumin, and coriander.  Instead of barbecue sauce, a honey lime glaze is basted on the chicken.  It's important to coat the chicken with the glaze towards the end of the cooking process because the sugar in the honey will burn under high heat.

Ribeye with Bleu Cheese Butter
Recipe from Eatin on the Cheap

Father's Day is a great excuse to splurge on a meal for Dad.  If your dad is anything like mine, an unrelenting carnivore, then this recipe is for him.  Room temperature steaks are liberally seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and more before hitting the grill.  Depending on how your dad prefers his steaks, you might need to remove them sooner or later.  Just before serving, each one is topped with a dollop of bleu cheese butter.
